Cincinnati, Ohio-based ProScan Imaging has acquired OpenSided MRI in Jeffersonville, IN.
The acquisition adds a second outpatient imaging center in the Kentuckiana area of Greater Louisville and southern Indiana, the firm said in an announcement. ProScan Imaging also reported that it now operates 34 independent medical imaging centers throughout the U.S.
OpenSided MRI uses a high-field FujiOasis 1.2-tesla open high-field MRI and Fuji Supria Plus CT, according to ProScan.
