Florida-based Premier Radiology Services has acquired Global Imaging Solutions (Globis), a teleradiology group providing subspecialty imaging interpretations to outpatient imaging centers and orthopedic practices.
Physician-founded Globis delivers approximately 350,000 reads annually through a network of fellowship-trained radiologists, the company said. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition expands Premier's subspecialty teleradiology capabilities and client base, according to the firm. Globis CEO and co-founder radiologist Jack Considine, MD, and his team will join Premier following the close of the transaction, the announcement noted.
The deal marks Premier's fourth teleradiology acquisition in recent years, following its purchases of NationalRad in 2024, MetisMD in 2025, and National Radiology Solutions earlier in 2026, according to the company.
