The American Board of Radiology (ABR) has appointed three new members to its board of trustees, effective October 2026.
The incoming trustees include the following:
- Phuong-Anh Duong, MD, associate professor of radiology at New York University, representing diagnostic radiology quality and safety.
- AJ Gunn, MD, chair of the department of radiology at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, representing interventional radiology.
- Katja Langen, PhD, professor at Emory University School of Medicine and chief of proton physics at the Emory Radiation Oncology Department, representing therapeutic medical physics.
All three have served as ABR volunteers, most recently as committee chairs for their respective certifying exams.
