Mindray has initiated a warehouse expansion project at its facilities in Mahwah, NJ.
In a statement, Mindray said that the development project will expand its existing space by an additional 46,314 sq ft, making the new warehouse 80,979 sq ft.
The expansion, which broke ground officially on June 17, is aimed at enhancing the firm’s operational efficiency and providing a foundation for further expansion over the next decade, the company added. Mindray plans to consolidate its offsite operations at the location.
The facility will also include a lithium battery vault to ensure compliance with the highest safety standards, the firm added.
Additionally, Mindray said that it anticipates that the warehouse expansion will lead to the creation of new roles within its organization.
The expanded facility is scheduled to open in 2026.
