Sectra has entered into an agreement to acquire Oxipit, a developer of AI-based radiology tools, with the transaction expected to close in March 2026.
Founded in 2017 and based in Lithuania, Oxipit develops CE-marked AI for radiology, including ChestLink, a Class IIb certified autonomous AI tool for chest x-ray analysis. ChestLink automatically identifies high-confidence normal exams and removes them from the radiologist's worklist. Oxipit has recently expanded its portfolio into CT and musculoskeletal imaging.
Sectra said existing Oxipit customers and partners can expect full continuity of service and development through and after completion of the transaction.
