Officially recognized on the National Day Calendar, World Dense Breast Day features a global education blitz from DenseBreast-info.org. From midnight to midnight, new #WDBD posts will be launched, in English and Spanish, across six social media channels.
The posts will include links to educational tools on the DBI website addressing what breast density is, why it matters, and screening options for women with dense breasts. The site encourages medical providers, health organizations, researchers, and the general public to participate.
