Cochrane: Doppler US improves outcomes in high-risk pregnancies

The use of Doppler ultrasound to monitor fetal health during high-risk pregnancies improves outcomes by decreasing the number of both cesarean sections and perinatal deaths, according to a new meta-analysis from the Cochrane Collaboration of Oxford, U.K.
